Try signing into your email account.
Top right click Options
Then click Switch to All New mail
Please let me know if this resolves your trouble

They're doing it again! We went thru this about a year ago and with lots of help from the community we found out how to keep our classic mail. This time they are offering an "option" that would permanently remove access to classic yahoo mail. They use the word option so I am wondering if it is truly an option - can we turn it down? or is there no option?
I wonder if there is a Yahoo classic mail page from Yahoo apart from ATT. If so, does it look like classic mail? Anyone familiar with Yahoo?
I also wonder why ATT keeps making its customers mad.

AFAIK, ALL old mail access is going away soon. Perhaps this month.
BTW, the new mail is OK imo.
