You can reset your password through the Forgot Password section. Here is an article that goes over it more in detail.

The referenced article only works if you know your old password, I do not. I have gone in a circle with the find your password thing, and tried everything else mentioned to no avail. I have had an sbcglobal.net email account since I use to have the UVERSE service. Now I am stuck mainly because ATT cannot be bothered with a help line.
