Hello @clearglide,
We understand you're getting an email saying if you don't update you will lose all your mail. Don't worry, we can help with that.
Not sure why you received that email. I would say don't follow that email are click any links. All you need to do to your email is the OAuth process by clicking the link provided here. Please let us know if that's helps.
