Thanks for reaching out on the forums, we're here to help! Are you using a third party mailbox such as Outlook? Additionally is the sender receiving any undelivered emails back?
You may want to check your inbound and outbound server settings. Your inbound mail server (IMAP) should be set to Server - https://soc.att.com/2Xq7Rda, Port 993, and Requires SSL - Yes.
