email goes to Yahoo

Just got my att account.  When I log in, I go to Yahoo.  How do I change it?

AT&T uses Yahoo to provide customers access to their email.

If you want to use something else such us Outlook, Mac Mail, click here to get the step-by-step instructions.

Look in the upper right of the webmail page.  It will say Yahoo but it should be preceded with a ATT "globe" icon as follows:

If you see that you have the proper ATT/yahoo email page.

On the right I have an envelope (nothing says Yahoo) but there is NO ATT globe/symbol.

Where are you in your browser?  You should have gone to start.att.net and then clicked the envelope in the upper right to get to the att/yahoo webmail.  Did you go to the www.yahoo.com page instead?

I go to my att email page. kewing@att.net and clicked stay on for 2
weeks. There is an envelI ope upper right corner but no ATT globe. When I
click on the envelope it takes me to Yahoo. There is a globe on the upper
left and I clicked it but nothing happens.

I have sent emails to kewing@att.net from my gmail and they never arrive
either in att.net or in yahoo.

So you were on the att/yahoo webmail page?  Yes?  If so you saw the icon I pictured earlier (post 3) on that page in the upper left.  It's an identifying icon just to confirm where you are.  It's not a thing to be clicked.   The "stay on 2 weeks" option may or may not always work.  It never works for me forcing me to log on every time (lucky I don't use the webmail that much).

There is an envelI ope upper right corner but no ATT globe.

Which means somehow you (hopefully) got back to the start.att.net page and need to click the envelope again and probably log in again.  If you are on yahoo page then I don't know how you got there.

I have sent emails to kewing@att.net from my gmail and they never arrive
either in att.net or in yahoo.

Of course not if you aren't in the att/yahoo webmail page to view it.

Frankly at this point I don't understand your problem(s).  It could be you are not describing the problem clearly enough or maybe you are and I am just not understanding it.  I suggest you send a private message to @ATTCares and maybe they can help you.

Here is a screenshot of the page I use. I click on the envelop and it
takes me to yahoo.

Since I already have a Yahoo account, I guess I do not need an att email.

I have emailed to my att email, kewingg@att.net, using my gmail and the
email is never delivered to ATT/Yahoo. So there is no sense giving anyone
the email@att.net address as nothing gets delivered.
