If working properly no where does it ask for a "pin" number to login to access the webmail. If you have to login it should be prompting for your account (email address) and password. You log into the webmail by going to start.att.net and clicking the mail icon in the upper right.
If you are seeing some other kind of behavior you need to explain further and possibly include a screen shot of the prompt you are seeing.

I am at my wits end. When I tried logging in to my email this morning, my password wasn't accepted. After several tries, using what I know was the correct password, I tried resetting the password. The reset appeared to be successful, but I was unable to log in with the new password either. I called tech support, but they couldn't find a match with the information I provided. (I set up this email account years ago, when I had a different address, phone number and last name. None of those matched their records, however.) Now, after repeated attempts, I'm locked out of my email, with no idea how to get in. The tech support person hung up on me, btw, when I asked what I was supposed to do to restore access to my email.
