Yahoo email

I have been unable to log into my main e-mail address for 2 days.  It is a prodigy account that I have had for about 20 years.  I didn't change my password, so i'm not sure why it stopped working.

I don't know the answers to the security questions when I tried to reset the account to see if that would work, so i'm not sure what to do.  I need to access this ASAP.

Thank you

Re: Yahoo email

Hello @AZolecki,

Let's get to the bottom of this together! When trying to reset your password for your email account, you should see a drop down menu for additional options.

One of these options is to provide a temporary password to a previously connected secondary email address. If you can see that option, follow these instructions:

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
  2. Select Password.
  3. Enter your AT&T email address and your last name.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select Send me a temporary password.
  6. Select how you’d like the temporary password sent to you.
  7. Select Continue. Check for the temporary password.
  8. Copy the temporary password and enter it in the provided field. Follow the instructions to create a new, permanent password. If you mistakenly close the window, you can use your temporary password one time by going to the myAT&T sign-in page. You will then be prompted to create your new password.

If that does not work the first time, please clear out the cache and cookies on your browser, and try it again. If it does not work again, please let us know!
