Thank you for your response. Yahoo and AT&T are no longer affiliated, so in order to eliminate issues with your Bellsouth account, you will need to unmerge the two accounts as we no longer support Yahoo. For more information regarding unsupported email, please click here. Have a great day!

Yahoo took that over, now "Oath" took that over. I never changed anything,
all these companies just took over. So, I don't really know how to answer
your question. When I had this problem, and tried EVERYTHING (except
deleting my account) that was in the various help sections, my internet
provider suggested that I forward my bellsouth mail to my gmail account
which I did. Even that didn't work for a couple of days. Finally, I got a
couple of emails forwarded, then more and finally, as of yesterday evening,
my bellsouth email started to appear. I have no idea what happened and
whether there are any important emails now lost and I was without any of my
email for 4 days.and had to start telling people to use my gmail account.
Since I don't have any idea what happened, and whether this could happen
again, I am really afraid. I have lots of important emails, photos, and
records saved to that account and it would be a tremendous amount of work
to have to worry about this. I have a chronic illness and I just don't
have the energy to try to do this.
Do you have any idea how this could have happened? Do you have any
suggestions? I have never had a problem like this before. Any help would
be greatly appreciated!

I have been using Windows Live email for years. All of a sudden this past week, I am not receiving any emails (including read, unread and sent emails) at all when I click on the Windows live email icon.
Like docrob (listed above) I started with Bellsouth, then AT&T took over and then Yahoo. I never changed anything.
I am able to go to my yahoo account and see the emails there. What must I do to start downloading all my emails again (read, uread and sent). Thank you
