Unable to send or receive email
I have an old inactive email that was likely suspended. I signed into the account ten days ago and added it to the app on my phone however the account is still unable to send or receive mail. This is a big problem since I've given the email as an initial business contact and potential clients are not able to contact me yet.

Were you able to sign in to the old email via att.net? You may also try resetting your password. Additionally, we wrote a post with Email, Mail Client, Website & Features Troubleshooting steps.

My wife is unable to receive emails on her iPod and iPhone.
Can't remember her password for it either.
Reset Apple ID password but that's not helping.
