Trouble with Bellsouth.net Email Password.
I have a Bellsouth.net email account and my password got changed. I can get a temporary password reset code but I cannot change my Bllsouth.net password. AT&T sends puts me in a loop to never land and I cannot change it. any help! Thank you in advance

Thank you for reaching out to us! To get started, please visit the Forget Password Page, Select "Password", enter your "Email address" and your "last name". Select "Continue", from the drop-down menu, select Send me a temporary password. Select how you'd like the temporary password sent to you. Select "Continue". Check for the temporary password.
Copy the temporary password and enter it in the provided field. Follow the instructions to create a new, permanent password. If you closed the window, you can use your temporary password one time by going to the myAT&T sign-in Page, to get a prompt to create a new password.
You can also get details on how to Reset your email password using myAT&T.

I have this same issue. When I try this solution (visit the Forget Password Page, Select "Password", enter your "Email address" and your "last name". Select "Continue"), I get a note that my username is not recognized. I have used this account for many years. Just recently it stopped working and rejects my password that has never given me problems before.
