Sub-accounts
When trying to create ATT email sub-accounts, I receive a message stating sub-accounts are not permitted for this account type.
How can this be corrected to allow email sub-accounts to be created on this account?

By the way, I can create sub-accounts on a primary account created when Bellsouth was around. Can't do the same with a recently created primary ATT account.
