I have had a number of people tell me that they have tried to send me an email using their Roadrunner email accounts but that that they have been blocked by ATT. They have sent other emails from different providers without any issues. Is there something I can do from my end to unblock their emails so I can receive them?
I am also having an issue today with my emails sent from carolina.rr.com to both att.net and bellsouth.net. Both ATT and Time Warner tell me they have no problems. There is obviously an issue here that needs to be rectified. This is impacting my business since I cannot send emails to any of my clients with email addresses in the att.net or bellsouth.net domain.
Would someone from ATT be so kind as to respond to our issue?
