Received possible "Phishing" scam email from ":

This has to be a "Phishing" spam email:

I right clicked on the customer service link and opened it into an incognito window: https://help.yahoo/kb/account. This has to be spam! Don't know if anyone else has gotten this but I feel that I need to notify everyone. I forwarded it to abuse@att.net with the header, marked it as spam (of course), and blocked the sender.

The email domain of the sender is service.comms.yahoo.net! RED FLAG!!! Here's the message:

Hi AT&T / Yahoo Mail member,

Good News! AT&T News and Entertainment (previously att.net) now has a new home called Currently, from AT&T (currently.com).

Access the latest in news and entertainment by visiting us directly at Currently.com (https://currently.att.yahoo.com/?guccounter=1) or by clicking on your existing bookmark.

Hi @ChurchSecy2014,

Not to worry, this is a legitimate email. Currently.com is the new home page. Hope you like it.

The older start.att.net still works as well.

Well, since I already placed this sender's email address in spam and blocked it, I don't have it anymore. I couldn't find it in my "blocked addresses" list. Could you please provide the email address so I can put it in the email contacts? Thank you!

Why would you want service.comms.yahoo in your contacts list?  It won't do you any good there since you can't send to it and contacts have no effect on the spam filters.  If you blocked it then remove the block.

That is true, but if blocked, I wouldn't be able to receive any important emails regarding "Currently from AT&T" webmail page.

I didn't say block them.  I said if you blocked then remove the block.

Re: Received possible "Phishing" scam email from ":

I notice that now that I use Currently by At&t email, there are 2 copies of each of my sent messages in the sent email box. One copy has been read and the other copy of the email is unread. Is there a reason for this? What's up with the duplicated "sent" messages?
