RBL IP unblock request and abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net is not responding

 

Hi

 

I need to have IP 139.99.130.21  unblocked. We host emails for our clients on this server and one of our clients  is trying to send email and getting bounce back messages 

host al-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net[144.160.235.143]

Not sure why our IP address is being blocked but please can you assist or point me in the right direction on getting this resolved

abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net, is the email needed to contact for unblocking your ip address.

I have been sending unblock requests to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net for days but it  is not responding .

How long does it take for them to respond as I have not had any response for 5 days. Can I have an estimated time frame

Im *** .
My IP have been listed even if it is brand new .
Please I have been contacting the AT&T Postmaster abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net ,  I've reported this many times now and gotten no reply. It's been over 15 days .
Any solutions. Any help would be much appreciated !

Hello,

 

We need to have 162.144.205.56 unblocked. We used to be able to communicate with our business partners who use ATT/At&t related email address and have not been able to for sometime. We have tried abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net and have never been able to get this resolved. Please unblock us so we can continue working with our partners without have to use alternate email addresses.

I have exactly the same problem, with a new server IP. What is the procedure of un-blocking it?

Same problem here
50.16.179.68 is an IP we mail only to our donor and whitelist subscribers on. We are being blocked and I've sent the unblock request so many times and get no response. What are we to do? our Donors are complaining that they don't receive their daily mailings.

Same problem as well. 

I sent to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net from 1/Apr. No one response and the problem is still occurred. Can anyone help to unblock my IP address: 59.188.19.36? Please.....
