RBL IP unblock request and abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net is not responding
Hello,
I need to have IP 109.74.157.22 and 109.74.157.92 unblocked. I have sent a couple of emails to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net and have received no response. The persons sending me messages are people with whom I started working (remotely) and we need to be able to communicate back and forth daily. I have had several phone calls into the ATT technical support and Digital Assistance Center and no one seems to know what I am talking about or how to help me. One ATT rep sent me to get information in http://rbl.att.net/block_inquiry.html, but I was not able to access that page. Please help!
I see in this community that someone had a similar issue resolved in March of this year. I hope this works for me too! Thanks.
