I am trying to get our company mail server unblocked. We are not on any of the top 94 RBLs according to mxtoolbox.com (including spamhaus.org.) This system serves email for a medical practice, and the inability to send to att.net or sbcglobal.net is causing significant disruption to our business operations.
Here is the response we receive from our server when sending to att.net:

The system was put into service on its current static IP approximately two months ago, and was already blocked by AT&T on the day it went live. I have to assume it was from a previous owner of that IP or a general block of our hosting service's address range. I have repeatedly emailed email@example.com in the time since, receiving nothing but automated replies.
Please let me know if there is any other information you require to unblock our IP.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your concern with being unable to send e-mails to AT&T addresses. It would be my pleasure look into this with you!
I appreciate you sending a message to our firstname.lastname@example.org and trying to get the issue fixed this way. Due to a glitch in the email system, a lot of customers were receiving messages or their messages weren’t going through properly. I’m happy to say the issue has been fixed and we are receiving emails correctly now.
If you could try sending them a massage again, they should be able to get it working for you. I do want to let you know though; there might be a slightly longer wait time on a response from them since they are catching up.
We also have this great article on how to fix a variety of email issues, which you may find useful. Plus, it also has the email address in it, in case it ever changes.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always happy to help! Thank you for your time and have a great day!

Hi AT&T Admin,
We recently changed our mail server and now we have a new IP address. Since doing this our employees have not been able to email any sbcglobal.net email addresses.
I sent an email to email@example.com last Wednesday 5/16/18, but I have yet to receive a response. Also, our employees are getting annoyed by the bounce backs and having to find other ways to contacts these email sbcglobal.net email addresses.
Could you please unblock our new IP address: 220.127.116.11
Below is a screenshot of the bounce back email. Also, please let me know after you’ve removed us from your block list. Thanks!

We have received a bounceback/deferred and looks like you have blocked our Domain/IP Address. We verified that our Domains/IP addresses are not listed in any of the RBL's. We have everything going good with Authentication and following the best practices in Email from Sending to Receiving including the Double Opt-in Database which we use. And we do maintain a good Relationship with the clients/customers.

So I've sent numerous emails to your block-list group to no avail, we are a small MSP company and you're really creating major disruptions for one of our customers. Their business needs to constantly communicate with recipients in the domain sbcglobal.net and you are blocking our mx from delivery. Since you are not responding to our inquiry for two weeks now I would like to request your support here. Apparently one of our DNS admins had made a mistake while setting the reverse zone, this was since corrected and all remediation measures have been completed.

I've sent multiple requests to the abuse_rbl account. I'm just not sure if they're being received.
We have a new, very important customer who uses ATT for email. We couldn't get through the rbl block, so I went through the trouble to set up a clean IP from AWS, from hosting, SPF, DKIM, rDNS. You name it. It is clean according to MXtoolbox as well. Once it went live we started receiving the same error for the new address.
What is the typical turn-around time for a delist request?
Thanks in advance.

Wow, I am having the same issue, did you get it fixed. AT&T needs to stop doing this. I called support and work with them concerning blocked ip and they couldn't help me for 3 hours at least. No I am turning to this community or get out of AT&T.
