Since being hacked have not been able to change my ATT password on Internet Explorer also when I log in my email knows it is me but keep getting a reference for someone named Karen to update from IE 11 to chrome? can you help me get this straightened out . My email address is. Have called several time for help but since I am currently on free email, since selling my house and not using high speed internet at this time, can not get a straight answer to help clear up this problem.
