Please help with IP Address Blocking (Tripawds.org)

Good afternoon!  I am a member of Tripawds.org, run by the Tripawds Foundation (a wonderful 501C3 public charity that provides help and support to pet owners dealing with critical pet issues resulting in limb amputation).  The foundation relies on constant communication to maintain their connection with clients, donors and supporters in order to ensure that their work and the support that they provide continues without interruption.

Recently, however, they have moved to a new server(with the associated new IP address).  They have attempted to reach out to AT&T (unsure of which department) without any success.  In their desperation, they have posted a plea for any help on their Instagram feed, with the following message:

-----------------------------------------------------------
Is ANYONE at AT&T Listening?  When the Tripawds Foundation moved to our new server, we acquired an IP address that is being blocked by the AT&T RBL, so we are unable to communicate with any members and donors.  Mutliple requests for removal including complete details and proof of recent IP acquisition remain unanswered.  NOTE:  If you recently joined #Tripawds with an att.net email address you will not be able to receive any email from us until AT&T does something about this.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but htis is beyond our control.

------------------------------------------------------------

I am hoping that someone with AT&T can help us get this horrible issue resolved!  Without the ability to communicate with donors and supporters, a non-profit like Tripawds.org can suffer a crippling drop in donations!!  Please help...we are hoping that someone will reach out to Tripawds.org via their website!!  Thank you in advance if you can help this organization with their issue.

Hello Yetty. It would be great if you could confirm that messages sent to actually are getting through at this time. I've been sending messages to that address since June, and all I ever get is an automated response that tells me to wait 24-48 hours for the problem to be resolved. But the problem has not been resolved yet. Is there anything that I can do to actually get a resolution that lets my customers get the emails that they are looking for from our system?

So I've sent numerous emails to your block-list group to no avail, we are a small MSP company and you're really creating major disruptions for one of our customers. Their business needs to constantly communicate with recipients in the domain sbcglobal.net and you are blocking our mx from delivery. Since you are not responding to our inquiry for two weeks now I would like to request your support here. Apparently one of our DNS admins had made a mistake while setting the reverse zone, this was since corrected and all remediation measures have been completed.
