My ATT.Net E-Mail Disappeared

My ATT.Net e-mail account disappeared this AM.  I had read some e-mail, deleted some (which remains in the "trash" at this point) but everything in my e-mail box has disappeared.  I need assistance in retrieving this!

I stopped receiving my business account email on Sept. 16, 2020 following the purchase of a new phone for our family plan, and moving the account from one name to another. This was at the ATT store in my hometown. I have been on line with three different ATT techs, a Yahoo tech, a Geek Squad member at Best Buy store, and two different Geek Squad members who have tried to find the email who remotely tried other technical techniques on my computer to solve the problem. The first ATT tech worked about one hr. and 15 mins. and said he would send me to a department who was a step above him, and they would surely help. He assured me he would tell the next tech all about my case. The wait time was at least 45 minutes to get to this new "expert." When I did, she had never heard of me and knew nothing of the problem. I had to start explaining from the beginning, and she did all the same things that I have already tried as well as tech #1. After another hour and 20 mins. she said she knew just the department to send me to...are we seeing a pattern here? Horrible customer service. I questioned her over and over before she put me on hold, "will you stay on the line until she picks up?" "of course I will." "will you tell her all about my case?" "oh yes, certainly." I asked these questions again. On hold for another 45 mins. and she assured me each time she came back to me she was discussing my issue with someone who would be the one to help.  Finally, the third ATT tech got one the line and asked me my name and what could she help me with. GOOD GRIEF!!! No info had been given to her, no notes were sent to her. Tech #3 seemed a little sharper than the others, worked for over an hour, and strangely the call dropped. My issue is unsolved. Today on phone with Geek Squad. The second Geek Squad tech said to me this is no fault of your computer, this is an ATT problem. I’m going in circles, and no one at ATT cares!
