Missing emails

Hello.

I have been missing emails because they went straight into the Spam folder: the problem is, on my home Mac, using "Mail", I can not see any spam. The only way I have to see the spam is logging into my account on the att.yahoo website. On the website there is no information on how to allow the spam to reach my mac email reader.

Does anybody know how I can change my email settings so that *all* email, spam included, would be visible on the Mac's Mail reader?

Thanks!!

Hello pelodicane,

I don't think there is an option like that, but if the spam filter moves something into the spam folder in error, you can go to the spam folder, open those messages and click "Not spam". That should remove them from the filter and allow messages from those senders to be delivered to your Inbox.

Thanks,
