I have been locked out of my email account through AT&T because I have entered the password incorrectly more than three times. When I follow the directions that AT&T provides on how to unlock it, I only have two choices: I am asked either answer the security questions or wait for a password to be mailed to me through snail mail. One of the questions in the security questions I cannot remember the answer to. Help!
I am locked out of my att.net email that I have had for about 8+years. It was fine and for some reason two weeks ago it said enter password on my laptop and phone and my password would not work. My security questions seem to be wrong, or more realistically my account has been breached. Can you please provide steps to get into an email that you have been locked out of - None of support options work, if you are locked out!!
I need to get into it, as this email address is associated with many banking. medical, etc. logins. I cannot call - the 800 phone number and I cannot get support.
