What to do when you are not able to browse online?

Intermittent / No Surf

 

Each modem or gateway status light has a specific meaning about your current internet connection. Make sure it is turned ON and that your Power, Broadband, and Service lights on your gateway are green. If your lights are not green, you may have a problem getting a signal.

Try testing with a wired computer to isolate the issue. Below are some articles for common connections issues.

I boot up my pc (HP)and sometimes my internet connects and some times it doesn't. I go into troubleshooting and it says the wired connection is not made. (It's wireless )and it also says it reset the modem. Then it is ok.
