IP BLOCKED, EMAIL RETURNED

We are having problems sending emails to  sbcglobal.net domains seems our server is blacklisted.

I can assure that we don't do spam and the server is free of virus and/or any other threat.

 

Can you help us whit this situation unblocking our IP?

Hi There @adsoma

We understand that you are unable to send emails out.  According to that posting that you have sent, there is an email that you need to forward that email message to.  That email address is: abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net, and they will review your request and they will support you.

Hi,

I sent a request 7 days ago to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net, and still is blocked. And not answer yet.

this situation is affecting a business.

I have had the same login issues since Saturday. Today since 6:00 AM PST i receive my sent emails returned to me with a server error and a suggestion to try and use more text? I have been on with AT&T Chat 3 times and they have not resolved it. In fact it is the same treatment AT&T gave me on Nov 29th when they told me to "F Off" in a chat service window while I was trying to get assistance with the same issue. Why did it work from 2001 and I have problems now? I am attaching the AT&T Chat where they told me to FOFF - This is the new AT&T.  They tell you to foff in both service and in writing.

all my received emails are going to my trash account, I have been dealing with that, now I am getting returned emails that I never generated, sometimes hundreds several times a day,HELP
