I need help logging into my pacbell.net email account
I am trying to log into my pacbell.net email account. It worked just fine a couple of days ago, then today AT&T insisted I change passwords, now I keep getting a SAML2 authentication fail. I want my email account back.
The SAML error message is an ongoing issue that is affecting some AT&T email users. There's no ETA on the fix, but our engineering team is working on it. However, you may still be able to get around that error by downloading your mail via email clients using IMAP. You can find the IMAP and SMTP settings at the bottom of our Email Troubleshooting post. We have also found that some users are able to use login.yahoo.com as workaround as well.
