Hello @cessna182m,

Have you tried going to https://soc.att.com/2D5N8jE and logging in that way? It should allow you to stay logged in if you check the “keep me logged in button.”

Same problem. Just tried suggested solution -- get: "Request Error (invalid_request)" and and a bunch more info. Windows 10 64-bit version 1909. Latest Firefox (just reinstalled)

Thanks! Bummer, though -- hope it's only temporary!

I don't care about the 2 weeks - I just want it to stop logging me out while I'm in the middle of using it!

I have been running into the same problem for the past 2 days. Both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

@ae23yeoman

To all of the AT&T customers above with the same issue, I just found this by pure luck.

Hope this helps!

The purple banner says that the 2 week log in is unavailable. It does not say anything else about it.

I read a post yesterday on this Site... From tcubed;

"I found a way to make this work. log into your att/yahoo account. check the "keep me signed in for 2 weeks". Once your into you e-mail ( on your browser page) go to your favorites and add it to it. the next time you want your mail just click on the "att/yahoo" in your favorites bar. In 2 weeks ,just resign in and your good for another 2 weeks.."

What a crock. It happens, but with one difference. You won't notice it until you try to Open, Compose, File, or ANYTHING else. Sometimes (This has only happened to me ONCE) you may see a Notification to "Refresh the page". You'll still have to sign in again.

We had hoped when this New Company took over, they'd fix what AT&T/Yahoo screwed up. There were signs of better service, BUT that's all they were... Signs.

Our Government Pays them (And other Sites) for EVERY Member/Subscriber/and.... Just thought I should mention that... Just in case someone tries saying, "Well... What do you expect from a Free Service?"

Think about that.

I have the same issue on bellsouth.net. Was never a problem before this week, but the 'new' AT&T log in screen seems to not allowing it. Closing the browser and restarting requires a new log-in.

I have tried 3 different browswer and and the issue persist. My 'real' yahoo mail account does not have any issues/problems staying logged in.

I have the same issue and problem with my bellsouth.net email.

I can log into my yahoo email account and it stays connected.

Have tried using 3 different browsers with the same fail result.

Started with the new AT&T account log in popup.
