How do I request removal of our IP from blacklist?

We set up a new vps and a school we host sent out a bunch of email yesterday (they often do) 

 

Our IP now has a block set on sending to att and bellsouth emails. The error says to forward the message, which I did, but have received no reply.  please advise

my iPhone was stolen 2 weeks ago and the police found it I have it back how can I unblack list it
