Help sync my home computer to my att.net account

I have stopped getting email through my att.net account. how do I sync my computer as the banner has told me to do?

Need more info.  What banner and where?

Are you using the webmail or an email client app (e.g., Thunderbird, Outlook, mobile email client apps, etc.)?

If webmail is the banner telling you about using only the supported browsers. If so then read this.
