I have rec'd several emails from different friends asking me to stop sending them pictures. the first time, I just blew it off but today I got another one. If I've been hacked, what can I do? I changed my password, should I do anything else?

This does zero good if you have been hacked and cannot reset your password because the hackers have changed your password and your security questions. Hackers win if they get a hold a free at&t email account because you will never get back in with AT&T support....completely ridiculous! There has to be a way to access bellsouth email addresses without an account number from 10 years ago. Meanwhile, whoever has control of you account is doing God knows what with it while AT&T does nothing!!!

i'll second this - currently seeing my account logged into in Oman, China, etc. and getting e-mails to my typical e-mail but can't, for the life of me, figure out how to log-in and make this stop. I don't have the same number, my security questions are null, etc. I am completely screwed and no one is able to help me.

You can try going to www.att.net/mailrestore but if it has been over 7 days it will not likely be available for yahoo to restore any lost data

My mother’s AT&T.net account was hacked. She’s not super tech saavy so she’s very frustrated. Her email and security questions have been changed. What should she do next?
