Hi There @Geneaudio,

Thank you for lettings us know about the website not working.

We are can help.

When was the last time that the AT&T email site was working for you?

Have you tried clearing that cache and cookies on the browser?

Can you try to replicate this problem on another device or computer?

Please answer those questions or try those steps and get back to us.

Sir or Mam:

In order of your questions:

1) The last time Email at geneaudio@att.net was working was Wednesday June 26 around 5pm

2) I cleared the Cache and history on my computer numerous times with no progress. I also tried a Business computer at work with no success. Have also reset password per Att. Customer service three times.

3) Any computer I try gives me the following response when I try to sign it at Yahoo. com. If I type my Geneaudio@Att.net the response is as follows:

Not Found on Accelerator
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

I cannot access my e-mail & keep getting the same error message.  Have tried repeatedly to reset my password -- has NOT worked.   How can I get my e-mail restored?

Hi, What is the error message you are getting? Have you tried in another browser? from which website you are trying to connect to the email?

Getting a variety of messages.

Not found on accelerator is the latest.  Getting this one if i try to access via my att homepage or if i try and log in via the yahoo page.

No email access for over a month and no acknowledgement from either att or yahoo.  Both keep blaming the other.

Give a try to this solution:

1 - Go to att.com click on Account - Sign in the top right

2 - Click Forgot password below the Sign In tab and follow the process until you are at a webpage where it says Welcome YOUR NAME

3 - Go to att.net and Sign in with the new password to see you emails
