My friends and family keep getting docusign emails askin for their user name, password and phone number and it is coming from my email address. What can i do to fix this situation?

Not much. If there's something unique in those emails tell them to create a filter/rule to send future ones into their trash. If a spammer got a hold of your email address they can easily spoof the sender address to make it look like it came from your. If they got a hold of your contact list (or possibly even one of your friends contact lists where both you and your friends lists are similar) they could be using that. But you still should make sure no one is using your own email by hacking you.
Here's my standard list of things to do if you suspect someone actually got into your webmail account.

My account also was hacked - but when "Scroll down the panel to see the Reply-to address and see if it is suspicious. Blank it out if you don't want that set" it will not let me delete the unknown email address

I also said, "When you are done click the Save button to update that account's settings."

As I said - it will not let me delete the email@example.com email address. I have tried everything including save and it always pops back up . I have tried to delete and change but nothing works. And with the test email to my husband - when he tried to reply - it said it was replying to that outlook.com address. Nothing shows up in my incoming box.

Followed your instructions and things have basically been ok for 24 hours. The Accounts page also shows a social network option with LinkedIn and I was not able to delete that. When I sign out and close the att.com site a proxy site comes up for a second and then disappeared. I have changed my password a second time. Also when I open the laptop, the ICloud sign in page shows up. I have closed it and not signed into the cloud. On my iPhone, the screen randomly comes up for me to sign into the App Store or iTunes. I have closed them also.
None of these abnormalities were present prior to the hacking incident. Could these sites be infected and need some type of cleaning? What about the Apple devices? Thanks so much for your help thus far. I appreciated your clear explanation of what to do. Do I still need to do more?

Glad to hear that! We suggest that you also secure your devices against malware. Clear your device cache and cookies, scan your computer with up to date anti -virus program.
Make sure the operating system has been updated with all the recommended security updates from the operating system provider.
