Email from Amazon blocked

my email account ####@att.net is refusing to accepts emails from Amazon.    Amazon assures me this is on the att side and Amazon can not do anything until att resolves the problem.

 

i don’t know what is causing the problem but really need help since it is preventing me from changing my Amazon password that has been compromised.

Hello @catmandu57,

I understand you're having issues in regards to accessing Amazon, so let's see what we can do.
Have you tried a password reset on your email?
Doing so may resolve the login issue with Amazon. Please let us know if it does.
Also, have you checked your spam folder in case Amazon notifications go to that?

Thank you. That was the problem. Amazon would send an authentication code to my att email, but it would never come through. Amazon said att was not accepting the email they sent.

In the long run, I had to make a new yahoo email account just to use Amazon.
