Email Sign-In
My email account locked me out a few days ago as a forgotten password. I know my password is right. I figured I had been hacked, so I went to reset the password and it won't let me reset it do to my password and security question answers being wrong, which they aren't.
Please help!

If you go to the Forgot ID/Password page instead of using your security questions you can get a temporary password by using your recovery email address or snail mail billing address If you made the mistake of using the email address for the recovery email address you are trying to recover then snail mail is your only alternative. If you are no longer a paying customer and don't have a billing address then try calling the Digital Assistance Center (877-273-2728) who may be able to help you if you can prove you are you.

@ATTCares
I followed the sign in, forgot password, and security questions. Upon answering all of these it proceeded to say my answers were incorrect.
1) I know my password was correct to begin with (before all of these problems occurred which start on the Mail app).
-The Mail App told me my password was forgotten and to sign in again, once I tried it said the password was invalid.
2) I know my security questions were answered correctly.
3) I tried the troubleshooting tip and that didn't work either (see below).
-A free email account, you can reset the password at our email reset page.
-Go to Forgot Password page.
-Enter your User Name/ email address.
-Enter your Last Name.
-Follow the prompts.
This problem began at least a week ago and I would like this problem solved asap! I tried troubleshooting problems by myself so I wouldn't have to contact AT&T. Nothing has worked.
Thank you!
