I have had my sbcglobal.net email FOREVER and for the first time in what seems like 15 years I'm locked out. I selected "forgot password" and it said it would send an email to reset it HOWEVER the email that they list is an invalid email I haven't used in years and no longer have access to. How can I resolve this issue? I'm basically locked out of my email and cannot reset it w/ the old recovery email that was linked to the account.

I encountered a similar problem today. I cannot access my email account, which I have had for at least 10 years. My attempts to change the password were unsuccessful because the answers to one of my security questions was supposedly incorrect. My attempts to call Customer Care were unsuccessful as the automated system did not include the option for email support. Very frustrating. I depend heavily on email and need to solve this issue asap. Thank you.

I don't want to reset my password . I just want to recover it. If I reset it, then I have to reset it on all of my devices I use. It's freaking annoying that I can't recover it, only reset it. Common ATT. This is stupid!!

There is no way to "reset" a lost password to get it back. The only thing you can do is create a new one.
