Email Password Reset

I noticed that my email account had been possibly hacked yesterday. I have tried to reset my password with the security question that I provided but it is saying that they are wrong. Is there any way that I can have a temporary password sent to an alternate email or am I out of luck on retrieving my emails?

I am having the same issue. I have bad information of email to send reset to.

How do I enter a new email address for the temporay password to be sent to? The current one in there is not valid?

Hi @8TTLL23,

 

You will have to log into the email and update the email. Just click on the gear on the upper right in web mail.
