My incoming messages go directly to trash instead of inbox

You can create filters to make sure that particular emails are sent to spam, to a folder, or to your inbox.Follow these steps to access and manage your filters:

  1. From the gear icon in the top left of your inbox, select Settings.
  2. Select Filters.
  3. Select Add to create a filter. From there, you can also Edit or Remove filters.
  4. Select the conditions for your filter and where it will send the messages.
  5. Use the up and down arrows on the right to prioritize your filters.
  6. When you're finished, select Save.
