E-Mail log in

I can't log in to my E-Mail account. All other Internet stuff is OK. What's up?

I can't log into my e-mail account either. I changed my password but it's still not working. It keeps saying....We're sorry. We cannot process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. For more information please contact us. I need to get into my e-mail so I can do some business. When is this going to be fixed?

I have ALWAYS used att.net as my e-mail address but not doing business with AT&T and haven't for a long time! It has ALWAYS worked!

I cannot get email online access but it goes through to my phone yahoo mail. I have the same problem though I had received an email stating I requested a password change days ago and it was not me. I changed it after that!

I have had  prodigy.net email  since 1995 , currently  at &t is prompting me for a password and user name, as I am not  an at& t customer  I do not have these credentials  . The prodigy email is my  main  contact with people , doing business , along with medical info and bill paying . Please advise as I need to log into my account

Here is information on how to find your user ID and on how to reset your password if you forgot them. For password reset, do the following:

 

  1. Go to myAT&T.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Complete the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts.(If you choose temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.)
  5. Create your new password.
