I need to know if I am the only one having email problems. I can sign into my att account. But It wont let me sign in to my email . 

I have called att five or six different times and they seem to have a different answer every time. Nothing they have said has been true. They will check into it for a while when they are on the phone with me. And when they can't come up with a solution they just tell me something to get me off the phone. Is there anyone else with att that I can contact besides these call centers. My email has been out since April 24th today is May 15th . This was the primary email inused to conduct a lot of personal business and I feel there is no excuse to have my email down this long .

We've recently enhanced the security of AT&T Email, Learn How AT&T Is Making Your Email More Secure here.


You may need to create and Secure Mail Key, you can create your key now.


Try the steps above, let us know if you're still not able to access your Email, we'll further assist.
