Delist/ Unblock IPs

Dear ATT team,

 

Our company sends emails on behalf of our clients. However, we have noticed that some IPs appear as blocked and emails are not delivered to your network.

 

Sender: multiple

Error: 553 5.3.0 flph831 DNSBL:RBL 521< 185.90.21.xxx >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

Could you please help us check why these IPs are blacklisted and assist me further in solving the issue ?

Hello @gdeliv,

We understand that you're having trouble with emails on the block-list. Don't worry we can point you in the right direction.

The reason the emails could be on the block-list, could be related to spam. You need to contact the postmaster abuse team to get help with getting this resolved. You're going to email the block list group.

Thanks for responding. If you've already emailed the postmaster, the best thing to do at this point is wait for their response regarding the blocked IP addresses.
