The reason the emails could be on the block-list, could be related to spam. You need to contact the postmaster abuse team to get help with getting this resolved. You're going to email the block list group.

Thank you for the reply, I've tried emailing the block list group through the email address which they provide (firstname.lastname@example.org) several times before. Each time I get an automated confirmation that they're investigating the issue, but they never send a follow up beyond that. I've just emailed them again.. can you escalate this in some way so that someone over there can properly investigate this matter and send me some feedback this time?
