Delist/Unblock IP Address

Hi,

I manage some mail servers and have noticed that we have been having delivery problems with any messages that we try to send to the following domains:

att.net
sbcglobal.net
prodigy.net
(and possibly others)

Our mail server IP addresses included the following:

75.101.162.251
54.225.73.2

Could you please assist me in resolving these blocks? I have repeatedly tried to email abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net for assistance, but they never respond to me. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Re: Delist/Unblock IP Address

Hi @Delist/Unblock IP Address,

We will be happy to help!  We understand that you're having trouble with emails on the block-list. Don't worry we can point you in the right direction.

The reason the emails could be on the block-list, could be related to spam. You need to contact the postmaster abuse team to get help with getting this resolved. You're going to email the block list group.

If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for contacting us on AT&T Community Forums!

Re: Delist/Unblock IP Address

Thank you for the reply, I've tried emailing the block list group through the email address which they provide (abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net) several times before.  Each time I get an automated confirmation that they're investigating the issue, but they never send a follow up beyond that.  I've just emailed them again.. can you escalate this in some way so that someone over there can properly investigate this matter and send me some feedback this time?

@emailguy1

The block list group are the only ones that have the authority to remove the block from your email account.

We know that the process can take a while, but please give them time to look into your case and get back to you.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums. If you need assistance with anything else, let us know.
