Is there a way to get your data usage notifications emailed or text to you?
Is there a way to get your data usage notifications emailed or text to you? I receive letters saying my DSL usage has reached, for example, 90%, but it takes almost 10 days for me to actually receive the letter. By that time I am already over my data limit. I don't always have the ability or time to have to log on to the AT&T account and wait forever for the website to load just to find out that information. It's so FRUSTRATING!!

We can email you data notifications. Please go to Account Overview > My Internet > Manage my plan > My email address to make sure we have the correct information.
