Changing password/Blocking devices

I have the pace 5268 and have a roommate who shared my Wi-Fi information now is like to change password and block his devices yet can't get att home manager app to accept my Wi-Fi connection or the att.wirelessinternet is not uplaoding. Can someone please help?
