Cannot send emails from sbcglobal.net account, Can only receive emails!!!
For some reason this morning I can no longer send emails from my sbcglobal.net account. I can still log into Yahoo mail and only receive emails but cannot send emails. This problem occurs using both the mobile Android app and on my computer using the regular webpage. I get sending error. Only says, "An error occurred while sending message." No codes are listed. I can't even send an email to myself to test. No changes have been made to account, computer, phone or app. I have tried logging out of the account and logging back in on both the computer and app. I have uninstalled the app, nothing works.
You may have had a merged account where your AT&T E-mail and Yahoo E-mail were merged into a single account, which allowed the password and inboxes to be shared. Please go to this article to help assist you if you have not unmerged the two accounts, Merged E-mail Accounts Getting Unmerged.
