Cannot login to ATT/Yahoo email
I have not been able to login to my ATT/Yahoo email account since 4/28/2019. Yahoo error msg says it does not recognize my email address. ATT says its a Yahoo problem and was to be corrected in 24 hrs. 3 days ago.
Yahoo does not have human customer service.
How and when will I get my email back?

An ATT Rep. helped me solve the problem today by clearing the cache and then resetting the my password at www.att.com. Yahoo would then recognize my email address so I could continue logging in.
This would not work 3 days ago.

So are you currently able to access email account can you clarify that for us.
