Cannot login into prodigy.net email
I have been unable to login to my prodigy.net email on a computer since Thursday June 6, 2019. Typically I login into it via yahoo. For whatever reason I was logged out on Thursday and whenever I try to log back in, it takes me to an AT&T page. If I try to login with my prodigy email and password it tells me that it is invalid. I am not sure if at some point I had AT&T for internet service. I can say for a fact it hasn't been for at least 4 years. How can I get this fixed?

We can help you regain access to your email account. Please attempt to log in via att.net and let us know if you get the same results.
Also have you attempted to reset your password recently?

Originally, we were unable to reset the passwords for either of the accounts. After your response, we decided to try again and were able to reset the passwords and access the accounts. Thank you so much!!

I just had this problem yesterday, suddenly, and couldn't get it fixed after at least an hour of trying with customer support, with multiple attempts to reset my password, so a problem ticket was sent to 'expedited', but I happened to look later that day into my History folder on my browser, and there were entries shown there where I had previously logged into my email, so I clicked on one of them, and suddenly I was into my email! I then tried logging in with the last reset password that we'd tried, and that now worked. Perhaps this will help others too.

I am unsuccessful in logging into my prodigy.net email on my Mac.It takes me to signing.att.net saying we want to keep you safe we haven't noticed any activity in a while. We're redirecting you for your security. Then blue banner that says Ok, got it! Click on banner, takes back to yahoo to sign in. Same thing happens every time. I have tried different browser,same thing, cannot log in, HELP

SAME. Except after all of that it then says ‘they’ don’t have enough information to regain access to the account. Is it Hopeless?

I'm moved this thread to the Email forum but it's really ancient and actually has nothing to do with the current problems.
@Ocdeepcleaningetc Please start a new thread in this forum and give as much info as you can, what you've done, the exact error message, etc. You'll be much more likely to get the attention of ATTHelp.
