Cannot add "@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in" to Blocked Senders list

I have been receiving a huge number of email messages from@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in in my Spam folder. Even though they are being routed to my Spam folder, they are also redirected to my BlackBerry, so I would like to block this address. Unfortunately, the AT&/Yahoo SpamGuard does not allow me to add this address. I get an error message stating that the blocked address needs to be be in the form name@domain.com. I have attempted to add the various "Return Path" addresses and IP addresses, but these are rarely the same accross these emails. I attempted to contact customer service without success. Below is an example of the Full Header from one of these messages (with my email address deleted). Has ANYONE had this same issue and found a resolution? Thank you!

Smiley HappyI hate to be the bearer of bad news but the only email system that can block at&tappsbeta@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in is Incredimail.com. Whatever e-mail you are now using can be pushed to Incredimail once it's installed. I have AT&T @ Yahoo and that email just pushes all emails to my Incredimail account. I've used it for 15 years and get so many kudos because of the great animations and letter heads you can use. You don't have to change your e-mail name.

I can't figure out how so many people have ignored this great site. It's free and you don't have to buy anything you don't want that they sell. Even there Span feature that you have to buy doesn't stop at&tappsbeta@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in or some other spam. You will be delighted when you see Incredimail. Other e-mail sites are boring at best. When I say delighted I mean delighted.
If you download it, It will ask you if you want to bring all contacts from your old system & make this site your new e-mail location. you can always change it back. After downloading go into TOOLS, BLOCKED SENDERS, choose MESSAGE RULES,  choose FROM LINE CONTAINS, put in at&tappsbeta@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in, then choose DELETE IT FROM SERVER.......DONE!

Do this with every spam you get, it will take a little time to weed out some spam messages but you won't be inundated by  at&tappsbeta@att.sbc.bellsouth.juno.in

My system is virtually clean at this time. Oh yes, and those non bulk mail people wanting to send you money after you give them your information you can reply to with a animation of a middle finger and you won't here from them again.

"Hitman Pro" a free program, will remove every virus, trojan horse, etc, dowload it and run it often and be amazed at what it finds on your system. Once you have it on your system, download it to a stick and when you get one of those fake government things that block out your whole computer until you send them money and you still don't get control of your computer until you have it cleaned, you merely start your computer and desinate the drive you have the stick in and it will clean your computer..........better than $300 bucks at Staples or Best Buy.

Good Luck everybody.

If I remember correctly, there is a setting, either under the forwarding options or under bulk folder (spam) options that you can set to not forward anything yahoo marks as spam.

Not sure how the blackberry works, but instead of just forwarding to your blackberry account, can you set the blacberry up to act as a third party email client to access your yahoo account, or just surf to the yahoo site and use the web interface?

There is a setting not to forward anything marked as Spam and I have already checked it.  Unfortunately, that's not working either. Smiley Sad

Welcome bacarley and thank you for posting.  I'm sorry to hear about the unwanted emails.  The following solutions provide information on how to manage Spam along with how to report it...

Tips to avoid email spam

Also, since you're using a BlackBerry device, you can create a filter for the messages you do not want  redirected to your device via the BlackBerry Internet Service site.

OMG! Yes, I get about 50+ emails a day with most going in my spam folder from this domain and it has been going on for some time with the numbers gradually increasing. It seems that someone could report this abuse or get it stopped some way.

I am having the same problem.  Have tried everything.  This junk does NOT appear in my Web-based Yahoo email account.  However, it does appear in my OUTLOOK email folders.

Help.

This is really getting ridiculous!  I am now getting over one hundred letters per day from this address.  I have done every single thing jAT&T have suggested to no avail.  I was finally pushed to buy MailWasher just so I don't have to spend my time downloading them into a spam folder.  something has to be done about this address now!  If nothing is done I will be foreced to change my server just to get rid of this problem.  I have to do with life than download and mark stupid spam letters from some anonymous stupid place.  sorry for my language, I just spent ten minutes marking this address in 40 letters as spam in mailwasher.
