Cannot access snet.net (a sub of att.net) email, account has been active for years
After very many years my account seems to died! It started on my phone Friday (2/8/19), it said the password was wrong. I blamed the phone and ignored it. Now, I cannot access the account on any device or in any browser. So, I tried to reset the password. Hmm, not so easy. On Chrome I waited a half hour, on Edge its been 45 minutes and I have the same screen "Please give us a moment. We're almost there." Can anyone please help me. I truly need to access this account as soon as possible.
Several users have reported the same issue when logging into their AT&T mail and our engineering team is looking into fixing this as soon as possible. Some users have had luck using login.yahoo.com to sign in. You may also be able to download mail on your email client by updating your IMAP settings to the ones listed in our Email Troubleshooting forum post.

Thank you but this did not help me on my iPhone. Or my iPad. It is very disheartening to have been a customer for so many decades and then have AT&T just desert us and now they have taken away my primary email with absolutely no warning! First you scurry away in the middle of the night and now this! Perhaps I should change my cell service before something goes awry there also. Oh, and my Digital Life account.
