Cannot Send email from sbcglobal.net account

I get two error messages when trying to send email. Just started today.


From my desktop:  To prevent abuse, your message cannot be sent now. If the message contains only a link, please add some text to it. This helps us fight spam. If it still cannot be sent, please modify the message or try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience.

From my iphone:  Unable to send email. a copy has been placed in your Outbox. the recipient xxxx@sbcglobal.net was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

We are having the same issue! We've never had any issues and this message popped up at noon and I no longer can send any messages from my phone or desktop from my sbcglobal account. What is the deal!!!!

Try changing your password (Forgot ID/Password).  Sometimes that fixes this legacy account problem.
