Can't receive or send any SWBell emails

I received an error message that I can not receive any emails from my SWBell Account.  My password no longer works & a second error message states that password in invalid for IMAP & STMP.

 

Help!!

Hi @msmith42

Let's first get you back into the account online. Please click on this link: Password Reset and reset your email password.  Once that is completed then go to your email client and change the password there. Let us know if that helps.

We understand the importance of e-mail and we will do our best to assist you through our Forum. 

 

Usually when an e-mail account is created, you would use a back up address, security questions or a phone number. If you're locked out of the account, you should be able to recover using that information. Most of the time, simply resetting your password will resolve. 

 

We have good information at this page concerning troubleshooting an e-mail address. 

 

If you're getting errors using web mail, you might try using a client such as Outlook to confirm if you're able to retrieve the information.
