Hello. This may not be the best place to post this, but I'm not sure what else to do at the moment. Tonight I wasn't able to log into my @sbcglobal.net e-mail address and the password recovery didn't help. The message said:
"Looks like we don't have a secure way to recover your password. Give us a call at 800.288.2020."
That number doesn't do anything for me because they ask for an account number but as far as I am aware my address isn't tied to any current service I have. It's an address I've had for 10+ years.
I'm just looking for advice on who to contact regarding how to recover/change my password. I'd try the chat, but that seems to be closed for the night.
