I have had my bellsouth email for years on top of years. about 2 months ago i all of a sudden my bellsouth email was logging out all the time. i would have to log back in every other day. Then last week i tried to log in and all of a sudden it's saying my password was not correct. When i tried the "forgot my password" it's saying the email address and the other info i put in didn't match. what is going on? I have had this email for YEARS! HELP! I have I been hacked? HELP PLEASE!!!!

Go to att.com and select forgot password on the sign in page. If that option does not provide a resolution, you will need to chat or call in to request for a temp password.

This is so frustrating. I have an old bellsouth.net email address as well. I've been having to sign in frequently by it sending me a sign in code via text. Well now it sends me to Att.net to sign in and it says it doesn't recognize my email. I can get to my email on my android phone and tablet, just not my PC. I've tried signing in on Yahoo.com and att.net and nope, doesn't work.
